Refund Policy

Refund Policy 

Any refunds are processed within 60 days of notification to cancel and when all equipment and/or supplies are returned to us in suitable condition.  Refunds are initiated by the student via email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

 

  • Courses Cancelled by Texas Emergency Educators, LLC: All monies shall be refunded in the event of class cancellation. Refunds will be started by Texas Emergency Educators with notification to the student via email from registration. 
  • More than 15 days Prior to Class Start Date: All monies paid will be refunded minus a $20.00 administration fee. The student can choose to move the money one time only to the next available class with no penalty. Once the money is moved, if the student chooses not to attend the next class, no refund is available.
  • 15 Days Prior to Class Start Date:All monies paid will be refunded minus a $50.00 administration fee. The student can choose to move the money one time only to the next available class with no penalty. Once the money is moved, if the student chooses not to attend the next class, no refund is available.
  • After Start Date: No monies paid will be refunded unless the administrator is able to positively verify the student has not logged into the system and begun any portion or section of the course enrolled in.  If the course has been accessed the student may elect to move to the next class of the same course with a $75 administration fee.  Once the money is moved, if the student chooses not to attend the class, no refund is available.
